This can be the cheapest and most effective sources of probiotics and it’s easy I promise…. just not the first time.  It’s delicious and my kids are into it! 1. Boil 3 litres of filtered water 2. I apologize for this sloppy recipe but my style of baking is very artistic and poorly engineered.  I will attempt to add measurements here but there will be no promises!  And please tweak it as you see fit. 2 parts hemp seeds 1 part cocoa nibs 1 part chia seeds 1 part cranberries dried 2 Tbsp apple sauce 2 Tbsp maple syrup – mix everything and let it stand for 15 min so chia can absorb moisture.  Add wet/dry as needed to get the right consistency.  You should then be able to squeeze them into a measuring spoon (1 tsp) and press-roll them out with them holding their shape....

You can adjust this recipe any multitude of ways to your own tastes and school restrictions. 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter 1/8 cup agave syrup/or maple or honey 1 tsp cocoa/or carob powder 1/4 cup coconut flakes 1/4 cup cocoa nibs/chocolate chips 1/4 cup raisins or dates or cranberries or prunes 1/8 cup hemp seeds 1/8 cup pumpkin seeds or sunflower or sesame (nuts if not for school) Mix together sunflower butter, syrup and cocoa powder thoroughly.  Add 1/8 cup coconut flakes, cocoa/chocolate nibs and dried fruit – Mix.  Let this sit in fridge 1-2 hours.  Roll out small balls into...
