VEGAN Gluten Free Bread

I think I’ve finally done it?!  my best bread yet.


Can’t stop eating…

3 Tbsp. chia seeds

1/4 cup apple sauce

1 cup hot water

1 cup cold water

2 Tbsp. honey

2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil

1 tsp vinegar

1 cup almond flour

1 cup sorghum flour

1/2 cup chickpea flour

1/2 cup buckwheat flour

1 cup tapioca flour

2 tsp yeast

2 tsp xanthum gum

pinch of salt

2 handfuls of sunflower seeds and/or hemp seeds and/or pumpkin seeds and/or flax


Add all ingredients in this order to your bread maker.  Select the dough setting.  Pour into parchment paper lined bread pan immediately after bread-

maker beeps done.  Allow to rise an additional 10 min.  Bake at 325- 350 for about 40-50 min (when a knife inserted comes out clean).
