I think I’ve finally done it?!  my best bread yet. 3 Tbsp. chia seeds 1/4 cup apple sauce 1 cup hot water 1 cup cold water 2 Tbsp. honey 2 Tbsp. grapeseed oil 1 tsp vinegar 1 cup almond flour 1 cup sorghum flour 1/2 cup chickpea flour 1/2 cup buckwheat flour 1 cup tapioca flour 2 tsp yeast 2 tsp xanthum gum pinch of salt 2 handfuls of sunflower seeds and/or hemp seeds and/or pumpkin seeds and/or flax   Add all ingredients in this order to your bread maker.  Select the dough setting.  Pour into parchment paper lined bread pan immediately after bread- maker beeps done.  Allow to...

These are ideas that I’ve used and have worked. 1 Tbsp flax ground 3 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp flax ground 2 Tbsp apple sauce 1 ½ Tbsp water 1 Tbsp chia ground (or 1 ½ whole) 3 Tbsp water 1 banana mashed ** I usually add extra of the above to get things to stick nicely…  so if a recipe calls for water for example – I’ll add a bit of applesauce instead of water in a 2:1 ratio-ish ☺ **

Arugula, Spinach and Beet Salad

1 part Fresh Arugula 2 parts Fresh Spinach 4 Beets (greens and beet) ¼ cup Hemp hearts handful chopped chives Dressing: 3 Tbsp Olive oil 1 ½ Tbsp Tarragon or Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tsp Honey Herbamare sea salt pepper Boil and peel beets, then chop.  Also thoroughly wash beet greens and chop very finely.  In large pot, wilt the finely chopped beet greens in a ½ cm of water until soft enough to chew.  Drain & let cool before adding to other ingredients. **my mom always makes her own tarragon vinegar by throwing cleaned tarragon from her garden in a mason jar, filling it with white...

½ cup Tapioca flour 1 ¾ cup Freshly ground almond flour (done in vitamix blender) ½ cup Rice flour or Sorghum flour 1 tsp Xanthum gum 1 Tbsp Baking powder 1 tsp Baking soda 4 Tbsp Agave nectar 2 Tbsp Water 2 small freezer Bananas (defrosted and mashed) 1 tsp Vanilla extract 2 Tbsp Ground flax 1 cup Milk substitute ¼ cup Melted coconut oil ½ cup Dried cranberries Mix all dry ingredients, then wet ingredients separately.  Add coconut oil to dry ingredients mixing well with fork.  Add two mixtures, mix with fork until just mixed through, add cranberries.  Spoon into muffin tins and bake...
