Gluten free Bread – contains eggs – Barb Mindell
1 cup Cold water
¾ cup Hot water
1 tsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Tbsp Honey
3 Eggs
2 cup Rice flour
1 cup Tapioca flour
1 cup Chickpea flour
2 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Xantham gum
2 handfuls Sunflower seeds
1 handful Flax seeds
Add all ingredients to a bread maker according to manufacturers instructions
Bake 350° for 35-40 min. Cover once bread is brown with foil to prevent burning.
