“Creamy” Cashew Ceasar Dressing
Handful Cashews
1-2 Crushed cloves of garlic
2-4 Anchovies
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Water
I can’t exactly remember if the above ratios are right but usually this ends up hitting the spot. Experiment for your taste buds.
Add all ingredients to a blender – blend until cashews are liquefied (soak ahead of time if your blender isn’t very powerful).
