Cashew Cookies
½ cup cashew butter
½ cup sugar
¾ tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp Chia seeds
4 Tbsp Water
Mix chia seeds and water – let sit until gelatinous. Add cashew butter and sugar until will combined…. Dust baking soda and mix into dough. Chill in fridge for 45 min. Drop onto parchment paper (well spaced out) and cook for 12 min at 375° until golden brown.
